- Supervise feasibility and needs assessment activities to develop and fund new clinical business lines. Additional leadership included management of several strategic planning initiatives to explore the adaptive re-use of existing clinical space for Medical office buildings, Patient Towers and the relocation of neo-natal intensive care units, cardiac practices and construction of cardio thoracic operating suites.
